These terms apply to access to SiftQ, including the website, documentation, playground, API proxy, and related materials operated by FUTURE STUDY SPACE PTE. LTD..
If you have a separate signed agreement with us, that agreement controls where it conflicts with this page.
Preview status
SiftQ content, examples, pricing, benchmarks, and product descriptions may change as the service evolves.
Do not treat marketing copy, sample metrics, or documentation examples as a production service-level commitment unless they are included in a signed order form or agreement.
Acceptable use
Do not use SiftQ to violate law, infringe rights, scrape or attack systems unlawfully, bypass security controls, distribute malware, spam, or submit content you are not allowed to process.
Do not attempt to reverse engineer, overload, benchmark abusively, or interfere with the service or upstream providers.
API keys and accounts
You are responsible for protecting API keys, credentials, and any systems that call SiftQ.
We may limit, suspend, or reject requests to protect the service, prevent abuse, comply with law, or enforce product limits.
Search results and third-party content
SiftQ retrieves and structures information from public or third-party sources. Results may be incomplete, stale, inaccurate, unavailable, or subject to third-party terms.
You are responsible for how you use search results in your own products, prompts, workflows, compliance checks, and decisions.
No regulated-use warranty
SiftQ is not a substitute for legal, medical, financial, compliance, or professional advice.
Regulated or high-risk use cases require your own review and a written agreement covering any special requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
